4 Button Wireless Kit w/ Touchpad 2 PUMP OUTPUT
This 2.4GHZ 4 button system combines both of our previous systems into one. By having 2 pump output wires you can install based on your application. With touchpad controls also located on the receiver you can easily control hoist with or without the wireless controller. This unit comes pre programmed for power up and power down pumps. You can also program the DOWN or OUT button to be gravity down. Programming depends on how your pump is wired.

Be sure to cap off any unused wires to prevent grounding out the unit!
Note: If ordering for a trailer with hydraulic jacks and telescopic hoist that is all in one pump you will need to perform a simple “Output Programming” procedure when installing. Units that have this programmable option can be identified by the transmitters green LED staying lit solid for 1 second upon powering up. This would be for like a Diamond C Pacesetter LPT. All units ordered after July 9th 2024 will have this option.

Orange to Green
Yellow to Blue
Green to Red
Blue to Yellow
Tan & Pink to the positive switch side of the solenoid. DO NOT HOOK TO THE GROUND it will cause damage to the Tuff receiver.
PROGRAMMING PROCEDURES
Programming it to be in GRAVITY DOWN/ mode (PUMP output does not turn on with DOWN output) follow this procedure:
1. Make sure receiver is off and transmitter is on (unhook red wire)
2. Press and hold UP and DOWN buttons for five seconds until the red LED starts to blink. Release the buttons.
3. Apply power to the receiver (hook back up red wire)
4. Press the DOWN button for Gravity Down or press the UP button for Power Down. The receiver’s green LED will turn on solid for three seconds when HOIST programming is complete.
Programming to be in GRAVITY OUT/ mode (PUMP output does not turn on with the OUT output) follow this procedure:
1. Make sure receiver is off and transmitter is on
2. Press and hold IN and OUT buttons for five seconds until the red LED starts to blink. Release the buttons.
3. Apply power to the receiver
4. Press the OUT button for Gravity Down or press the IN button for Power out. The receiver’s green LED will turn on solid for three seconds when HOIST programming is complete.
